Call Logs & Audio Preservation

Every inbound and outbound voice call is automatically logged with connection details, durations, and status records. Call audio recordings are preserved securely in the cloud and are available for playback or download directly from the dashboard.

Campaign Response Markers & Leads

Define custom success keywords (e.g. "1" or "YES") for campaigns. The system automatically scans replies, computes success percentages, and logs interested customers into a live Leads list.

Click-to-Call Integration

Initiate voice calls with one click from chat headers, call logs, campaigns, and Zoho contacts. Leverages browser WebRTC or rings your physical deskphone via Asterisk AMI fallback.

Zoho CRM Sync

Full-featured Campaign list and analytics dashboards are integrated into the Admin panel, allowing managers and superadmins to review company campaign metrics and leads.

Automated Call Retries

Failed campaign voice calls (due to no-answer or line unavailable status) are automatically placed back into the scheduled queue up to 5 times, with a 10-minute retry pause between attempts.

Outbound: Sent from MelonChat via API, through the Telephone System to the member's handset.
Inbound: Sent from the handset, routed via Carrier/Telephone System Webhooks directly onto the Live Chat screen.

Voice Calling Flow

Outbound/Inbound Calls: Handled directly on the agent's laptop browser using the built-in softphone. Audio is streamed in real-time through the Telephone System carrier trunk, with call details and recordings automatically preserved in the secure logs database.

Carrier Compliance & Opt-in Standards

Explicit Consent & Opt-In Method

MelonChat operates strictly on an opt-in basis. Users must give explicit, affirmative consent prior to receiving message campaigns. Consent is captured via digital web forms equipped with unchecked-by-default opt-in agreements or when a user initiates a conversation. Under no circumstances do we purchase, scrape, or import unsolicited lists.

Opt-Out Commands (STOP)

All message templates and broadcasts support standard carrier opt-out directives. Customers can reply with **STOP**, **QUIT**, **CANCEL**, or **UNSUBSCRIBE** at any time. When these commands are received, the system flags the sender and prevents any further text transmissions automatically.

Message Frequency & Rates

Message delivery frequency is determined by active business events (e.g. appointment alerts, support ticket updates). Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
